Quality problems (DOA) 

If the item arrived broken, damaged or with defects, please contact us within 3 days from the delivery date and then follow the instructions shown in our 3 Days Product Guarantee. 

Return unsatisfactory product

Received the wrong item

1) Exchange it for the new correct item;

Size does not match
