maintained by ZMALL.pl, on the terms set out in the Regulations, an online trading platform, available in the ZMALL.pl domain

REGISTRATION

Account creation procedure

ACCOUNT

run for the User by ZMALL.pl under a unique name (login) a collection of resources in which the User's data is collected and information about his activities within ZMALL

USER

an entity that has gained access to services provided by ZMALL.pl under ZMALL, on the terms set out in the Regulations

SELLER

Users undertaking activities aimed at selling or disposing of the Goods as part of the Offer

BUYER

Users undertaking actions aimed at purchasing or purchasing Goods under ZMALL

BIDDER

The buyer who submitted the offer to purchase the Goods as part of the Auction

COMMODITY

item, service or right subject to the Offer

OFFER

proposal to conclude a sales agreement for the Goods under the conditions specified by the Seller, in particular containing the price and description of the offered Goods, using and using the functionalities available under ZMALL

AUCTION

type of the Offer initiated by the Seller, under which the Bidder declares the price for which he is ready to purchase the Goods

TRANSACTIONS

procedures for concluding and executing contracts for the sale of Goods between Users within ZMALL

DISCUSSION

the dispute between the Seller and the Buyer regarding the correctness of the Transaction - taking place as part of the post-purchase support tools provided by ZMALL
